Tony Howarth AO

Mr Howarth has spent over 35 years in the banking and finance industry including executive positions in government, regional and major banks as well as the building societies and stock broking covering London, Hamburg, New York and Australia.

Since 1991 Mr Howarth has held public company roles including Chairman of Alinta Gas Ltd, Managing Director of Challenge Bank (including their acquisition by Westpac), interim CEO of broker Hartleys Ltd and Chairman of Home Building Society Ltd and until recently was a Non Executive Director & Deputy Chairman of Bank of Queensland and Non Executive Director of AWB Ltd.

Mr Howarth is currently Chairman of Mermaid Marine and St John of God Healthcare Inc and a Non Executive Director of Wesfarmers Ltd and Alinta Energy.

Mr Howarth is also involved in a number of community and business organisations including the Senate of the University of Western Australia, Chairman of the Committee for Perth Limited, a member of the Rio Tinto WA Future Fund, a director of Western Australian Community Foundation Limited, the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (Inc).

Michael Smith

Mr Smith is the principal of strategy development consulting firm, Black House.

Mr Smith was previously a director of Home Building Society, Chairman of West Coast Eagles, Pearling Industry Advisory Council, Scotch College and Barking Gecko Theatre Company.

Mr Smith is currently Chairman of Synergy, iiNet, RC Sadleirs and the Perth International Arts Festival. He is the Deputy Chairman of Automotive Holdings Group and a Non-Executive Director of 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd. President of the AICD in WA and a National Director of AICD.

Bob McKinnon

Mr McKinnon has an impressive career spanning 30 years in senior financial and general management positions. Bob was previously Managing Director of Austal Limited and Fleetwood Corporation Limited.

Mr McKinnon is a Fellow of both CPA Australia and Chartered Secretaries Australia and is currently Chairman of ToxFree Solutions Limited and the Esperance Port Authority. He is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Bankwest Limited and Programmed Maintenance Services Limited.

Andrew Edwards

Andrew is a former managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Perth Office (PWC). His career with PWC has spanned some 35 years involving appointments in Perth, Auckland and Sydney.

Andrew is a past National Vice President of the (then) Securities Institute of Australia (now the Financial Services Institute of Australasia) and past President of the Western Australian division of that Institute, and the only WA based life member of that Institute. He is a past State Councillor of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, past State Chairman of the Institute's local Education Committee and a past member of its National Education Committee. Until recently he was a Director of Calibre Global.

Mr Edwards is currently Chairman of MACA LImited and a Non Executive Director of Mermaid Marine Australia Ltd, Nido Petroleum Limited, Activ Foundation Inc and Sungrid Ltd.  He  is a past board member of Calbre Global, Western Australian Community Foundation Inc and Christ Church Grammar School.

Lee Verios

Mr Verios is an experienced commercial lawyer having practiced in Western Australia for over 40 years. Until his retirement in 2010, he was a partner in the international law firm of Norton Rose and the leader of their Commercial Property division in Perth. Throughout his legal career, Mr Verios has held senior management roles in each of the firms of which he has been a member.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr Verios is an experienced Company Director, having held positions in a variety of enterprises, both public and private.

He has been a director of Wyllie Group Pty Ltd since July 2004 and was Chairman of the Board from 2006 to 2011. He is the Chairman of Port Bouvard Ltd, one of Western Australia’s prominent listed property development companies and he is also a Non Executive Director of Decmil Group Ltd, a design, civil engineering and construction company focused on delivering integrated solutions to blue-chip clients in the oil and gas sectors in WA. Recently, Mr Verios was appointed to the Board of Finbar Group Limited as a Non-Executive Director.

He previously chaired a public company involved in international manufacturing and distribution, and was a non executive director of a private company which is a world leader in the agri business sector. Mr Verios is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Society of WA, and, the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a past chairman of the Australian Indonesian Business Council (WA Branch).
