Finovia is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jarrott McCracken Partners continuing the rapid expansion of its wealth management business with its first acquisition in Western Australia.
Finovia commenced operations on 29 February 2008 with the acquisition of highly regarded Melbourne professional services and wealth management business Swanton & Davidson and quickly followed with the acquisitions of Denholm Alcock & Associates and Dickson Bonacci on 1 July 2008 and 29 August 2008 respectively.
The business was rebranded ‘Finovia’ in April 2009 and shortly after that launched its own suite of portfolio solutions and an administration platform for clients of the group.
Finovia expanded its Melbourne operation to 5 businesses with the acquisition of D&N Financial Planning and the client base of Carolyn Fryer of Primeplan in December 2009 in conjunction with its move of all Melbourne-based businesses to a state-of-the art single operating location in the Melbourne CBD.
Finovia now has responsibility for over $700m in funds under advice and has 12 professionally qualified strategic financial advisers providing advice to senior executives of ASX-listed companies primarily by way of self-managed superannuation funds.
For further information as to how Finovia can meet the wealth management, superannuation and investment needs of your organisation’s senior executive team, please contact Geoff Pritchard, Bob Davidson or Barry Johnston at Finovia.
